Returning Swimmers

Practice & Progress Opportunities

After completing the Survival Sequence, we offer practice opportunities for swimmers who may benefit from additional time in the water. These opportunities help reinforce skills, rebuild confidence, or support swimmers who have grown or taken time away from lessons.

If you are unsure how much practice your swimmer may need, we recommend starting with a 1-week practice session. From there, you can decide if an additional week would be helpful.

If your swimmer requires more than two weeks of practice, we recommend enrolling again in the 4-week Full Survival Session to ensure skills are properly rebuilt and strengthened.

These opportunities are offered periodically throughout the season. Please refer to the schedule to see current availability.

ABOUT POOL SCHOOL

Pool School, also known as Remedial Training, is designed to enhance and reinforce your child’s swimming skills while addressing specific challenges or behaviors that may arise after initial lessons. These sessions also provide parents and family members with hands-on training to confidently practice and maintain techniques at home.

If you lack access to a pool for regular practice, Pool School is an excellent option to ensure your child continues building their skills in a safe and supportive environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During Pool School, parents or caregivers will join their child in the water, working alongside an experienced instructor. You’ll learn how to address common challenges and refine techniques to help your child succeed.

This program is tailored to ensure long-term progress and confidence for both the swimmer and their support system.
