School Policies
Registration Policy
The registration fee for our swim programs is $95 per program and is nonrefundable. A $10 discount applies for each additional child registered, up to three children. Please note that we do not provide refunds on registration under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding!
Session Commitment & Attendance Policy
When selecting a session, please ensure you can commit to the full duration of the course, as attendance is essential for your child’s progress. Choose a session that aligns with your schedule to avoid conflicts such as travel or vacations. Makeup lessons are not available after the session period ends.
Consistent attendance is crucial—if all lessons are not completed, your child may not meet the requirements for advancement. Please note that in-pool parent participation is mandatory during the final week to ensure proper parent education.
Swim Diapers Policy
Triple coverage is required for all children under 4 or those who are not fully potty trained. This includes:
A disposable swim diaper
A washable fabric swim diaper that fits snug around legs and waist
A swimsuit or shorts of your choice
Children must have these protections unless they have been accident-free for at least 12 months. Fabric swim diapers are available for purchase as needed.
Towels Policy
Please bring 3 towels to place on the pool deck:
1 towel to protect against the heat from the deck
1 towel to shield your child's head when they "flop" down
1 towel to cover your swimmer
Food/Drink Policy
NO food or drink of any kind within 4 hours before lesson time!
For your child’s safety, absolutely no food or drink within 4 hours of their lesson. Vomiting can occur during swim instruction, and this precaution is essential to prevent choking or aspiration. A normal diet can be resumed after lessons are completed for the day.
NO fruit of vegetables (in any form)
NO milk or dairy products, baby formula, cheese, yogurt, smoothies, and yogurt-covered raisins etc.
NO fast food, processed junk food, snack bars, etc.

Our Foundation Begins With
-
🛟 Survival First, Always
The focus is on teaching life-saving survival skills before swimming, ensuring children are equipped to handle emergencies in the water. No parent should ever experience the loss of a child to drowning.
-
🌊 Confidence in the Water, Confidence in Life
Water safety lessons build confidence, empowering children and families to face life’s challenges with strength and resilience.
-
🚫 No Shortcuts, No Excuses
Safety is non-negotiable. We do not cut corners or rely on flotation devices as a substitute for skill-building. We teach real survival skills, ensuring every child leaves with the ability to survive an aquatic accident.
-
🤝 Community Over Competition
We collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and organizations to create a shared culture of water safety, making safety education accessible to all.
